Our pursuit is a simple yet meaningful one. We strive to offer homes that leave nothing to be desired. Spaces that come alive with vibrant energy and boundless emotion, that invite nature in to thrive alongside their residents. Because at EIPL, we believe homes should ignite your spirit, not just fill your space.
ABOUT EIPL

We began in Hyderabad with an ambitious team and a bold vision: to redefine luxury by crafting living spaces that awaken the senses and embrace the spirit of discovery.

2008
The First Step of Many: Our First Villa Project.

Floatilla, six soaring towers — a city within itself. It was the first and largest residential project with a podium slab in the Manikonda municipality. This project was all about indulgence with a wide range of amenities at the ready. Today, the graceful residential project continues to impress with its abundant open spaces and form-fitting greenery.

2015
The First and Largest in Neknampur.

One of the first projects in the Alkapur township, Flora is a meticulously crafted haven for lovers of luxury. Its sophisticated design beautifully blends urban and natural elements, creating a vibrant new landmark in West Hyderabad. This year also saw the construction of Skyila, an innovative podium concept mega project in Puppalaguda. With eight expansive blocks, Skyila takes off on the concept of living in the high skies.

2018
Two New Horizons. Two New Skylines.

In a world where the benchmarks of quality and luxury continually evolve, EIPL introduced Apila’s exquisite apartments in Gandipet. But, that wasn't all. Manchirevula was also the setting for Rivera, a masterful collection of 166 apartments with a relaxed urban aesthetic. 2020 also saw us rapidly finish La Paloma Villas, a 212–villa community in Mokila spanning 33 acres and boasting a tranquil aesthetic.

2020
La Paloma, Apila, and Beyond.
